Email is the fastest way to reach us. There is one inbox for everything, so you do not need to work out which department to contact. We read and answer every message ourselves. If your question is about an order, quoting your order number (WS-XXXX) helps us find your purchase straight away.

Most messages are about orders and downloads. If your download link has expired or you have lost the email, we can reissue your files to the address you bought with. If you are not sure which kit fits your situation, tell us a little about what you need and we will point you to the right one. Refunds are covered by our 30-day refund policy, which applies as long as you have not downloaded the files.

What we cannot help with

We are a self-help template business, not a firm of solicitors, and we cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you what to put in your will, confirm whether your will is valid, or advise on your personal tax position. We do not carry out reserved legal activities such as probate applications or the conduct of litigation, and we do not offer financial advice, prepaid funeral plans, or investment products. For complex estates, trusts, business assets, foreign property, or disputes, please speak to a qualified solicitor.

Making a complaint

If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right. You can raise a complaint by email at richard@willsafe.org.uk, or use the form on our complaints page. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to give a full response within 10 working days. Full details are set out in our complaints procedure.
