We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your WillSafe UK digital product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your original purchase.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@willsafe.org.uk with your order reference number.
2. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
3. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. As a consumer purchasing digital content, you retain all rights in relation to digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

This guarantee applies to purchases made directly through willsafe.org.uk. Where you purchased via a third-party platform, that platform's terms may apply instead.

This guarantee is separate from your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; your statutory cancellation rights are not diminished by or conditional upon this guarantee.

Your statutory cancellation right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel most distance purchases. For digital content, you lose that right once you have begun downloading and have expressly consented to waive it. Our checkout explains this and captures your consent. This statutory right is separate from, and unaffected by, our 30-day money-back guarantee above.
