Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel most distance purchases. For digital content, you lose that right once you have begun downloading and have expressly consented to waive it. Our checkout explains this and captures your consent.

Our 30-day goodwill window

We want you to be happy. If you have not yet downloaded any of the files in your order, we will refund you in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

If you have downloaded your files, we may still offer a refund at our discretion. For example, if a file is defective, if you bought the wrong kit, or if you contacted us with a reasonable issue before downloading. Email richard@willsafe.org.uk with your order number.

How to request a refund

1. Email richard@willsafe.org.uk with your order number (WS-XXXX) and a short note.
2. We'll confirm receipt within 2 working days.
3. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe; funds typically arrive within 5-10 working days.
4. Your download access is revoked when a refund is processed.

What we cannot refund

• Buyer's remorse after you've downloaded and used the files.
• Orders more than 30 days old where files have been downloaded.
• Situations where you have printed, signed, witnessed or shared the templates.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

If a digital product is not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please email us and we will sort it out.
