Your order number is on every email from us. If you can’t find either piece, email richard@willsafe.org.uk and we’ll dig it out.
Have a session_id URL from your confirmation email?
Older confirmation emails include a direct link in the format:
willsafe.org.uk/download?session_id=cs_live_…Paste it into your browser’s address bar and you’ll land straight on your downloads.
