About this template
WillSafe Platinum Couples is the easiest way for two people to get their wills done together. You answer plain-English questions once, by speaking or typing, and WillSafe builds a matching pair of mirror wills for England and Wales: each of you leaves everything to the other, and when you have both died, to the people you choose together.
When you finish, we email both wills as editable Word documents. Answer every recommended question and they arrive as final drafts, ready to print and sign; leave a few and they arrive as clearly labelled working drafts listing what is left. You each sign your own will separately, with two witnesses.
Your microphone answers are transcribed inside your own browser, so nothing is recorded by us. Your answers are not stored on our servers, and the finished documents are emailed to you and not kept afterwards.

How does it work for two people?+
You answer one guided set of questions together, covering both of you, your back-up executor, any children and guardians, any gifts, and who inherits after you have both died. We then generate two matching wills, one for each of you, and email both. You each print and sign your own will with two witnesses.
Are mirror wills the same as a joint will?+
No. Mirror wills are two separate wills that mirror each other. Each is fully valid on its own and each of you signs your own. That is the normal, recommended approach for couples in England and Wales.
