Why do new parents need a Will urgently?+
Without a Will, there is no legal guardian appointed for your children. If both parents die, the courts decide who cares for them. A Will is the only way to formally appoint the person you trust and record your wishes for your child's upbringing.
Can my partner and I both use this kit?+
This kit contains one Will template (for one person). If you and your partner both want Wills — which we strongly recommend — the Couples Essentials Bundle (WS-110) is better value and includes Mirror Wills for both of you.
